Stayed at Ethos for a few nights on a leisure trip. The location was great, on a quiet street but still within walking distance to the town. The staff were friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a kitchenette and good storage, and they even provided an ironing board and iron. Didn't try the cafe, but it looked nice.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
